Games to Improve Listening 
Play games that will focus the student's attention on the importance of listening. Ask the students to close their eyes. The teacher taps a student on the head and that student says two words that rhyme. The other students try to guess who that was with one guess without opening their eyes and if they are correct they get to tap the next person. If the student is incorrect, call on another student.
